We are immeasurably proud to have Nick as our service manger. As a connoisseur of unique knowledge in the automotive world, Nick has spent the last 15 years developing an unprecedented depth of experience working with parts, service, management, warranty companies, insurance companies and so much more. Nick has cemented himself as a cornerstone of automotive repair in the Snohomish County area. He has developed countless relationships with the surrounding dealerships, parts vendors, customers and other automotive shops. All of his experience, paired with his positivity, honesty, integrity and enthusiasm for getting your vehicle fixed the right way, has resulted in someone you can trust wholeheartedly with your vehicle at every turn.

Chad is a people persons people person. He has a rare and uncommon ability to always find a way to relate to anyone. That is exactly why we are so thrilled we’ve had him working the front desk here at Daltons for years. Chad also has an affinity for learning and developing his craft in automotive so he can further exercise his passion for helping his customers to the best of his ability. Chances are, if you’ve been to Daltons, it starts and ends with Chad. We consider ourselves lucky to have him with us.

With his 40 years of service at Daltons as a mechanic, it wouldn’t be an overstatement to say Jack is the heart and soul of our brand. His impeccable attendance record and dedication to his craft is unmatched. The early mornings at Daltons are always brightened when seasoned with Jack’s positivity, entertaining antics and general energetic enthusiasm as someone half his age. Jack is also a veteran who proudly served his country and we are eternally grateful for his service both in the military and here with us at Daltons.

To put it bluntly, Jim is our automotive diagnostic wizard. He is the cornerstone of our reputation as an automotive shop that is willing to resolve any problem a vehicle might have. He is a frontline witness to the evolution of cars and has always been a proud student, mastering all of their innovative systems throughout generations of automotive ingenuity. Jim is an endless source of knowledge and has experience that our younger employees are constantly absorbing priceless lessons from. We hope to continue learning from Jim as along as he is willing to teach.
